Maybe my biggest segue away from the norms of society, is refusing to put life in a box and label it. Across the web and in everyday life there is a constant feed of labeling. This is what this means and this is how it works. We need only look at history to discount this way of thinking.
As our awareness expands as a whole so does how we perceive things. Yet there is one fundamental error that somehow mostly goes unseen. With our ever present expansion there coincides the idea that this is it. The ultimate understanding of what this means and what that is. We completely ignore the fact, it’s not our understanding that is evolving. It’s our need to know, driving the landscape of discovery. Completely ignoring, it’s our power of perceiving that’s changing the landscape.
Scientists have come to see that the observed object has a neutrality without conscious observation. Schrodinger’s cat might be the earliest and best example of how conscious observation determines outcome.
Ok, enough with the technical aspect. How does this look in everyday life and how does this effect your peace of mind? Because isn’t that what we really want? Isn’t this really what all the fuss is about? If I can understand everything then I know everything and if I know everything then I know myself and my place in reality.
What if this ultimate understanding that we are looking for, is already where we are looking from? This was maybe Saint Francis greatest insight. He firmly placed a seed of understanding, that now rings louder than ever. We are the light of the world insisting the world enlighten us. Things of this nature have been whispered through out history. Yet there is a refusal to embrace the fact that we are the origin of the world we experience. We create the world we live in, not the other way around. Always the brides maid never the bride. Not because there are no suiters, but because we turn down every proposal.
When we label, fixate or admonish the people or world around us. What we are really doing is putting ourselves in a box. A box that we must stay in for our world to make sense. And if someone or something threatens the truth this box represents. It’s a threat to our very existence. And this threat to a self created structure is what causes all the trouble in the world and throughout human history. What could be the answer to such a dilemma?
Someone once said, “The Kingdom is within.” How could that be helpful in this modern world? And there is a peek at how creative power wielded without understanding, can bring fourth insane complexity and travesty against ourselves. So long as we continue to search outside and insist the world will be as we want it, it will be. That’s probably not what you expected me to say. Here is the fact of the matter and my central message.
We create the world we experience. This is not new information. It’s the how that needs to be established. Once you are open to the fact that we are not subject to the world but the world is subject to our direction. Then you are ready to hear how that works. In the book, at the very beginning there is a quote that sums it up. “As you see it, so shall you be it”. The world you see, is how you see yourself. If this is true, and I can promise you it is. Are we qualified to make such an assessment? Do we have the awareness and our best interest, to self create? To decide from past conditioning and trauma, what and who we are?
Sounds shaky at best. The truth is we don’t know what we are, but we try to put ourselves in a prison of misunderstanding. A label to define, a belief to represent. And every single one limits us to a system of chaos. We are trying to gather things around us to represent what we already are. Allow this discovery of Truth to be given you. We don’t decide what we are. We are what we are. Give yourself the freedom for this discovery. Open your mind to your ignorance and rest its ambition. Open your heart to kindness within and allow your wealth to release you from poverty. Here is the time for self discovery. Now is when it happens. Fill your heart with love, and it shall be given you. For that is what you are and that is all you can truly give…
