Life’s great mystery. What’s it all about? So many answers to one question. Maybe it’s safe to say, it’s what ever you make it. What are the guidelines or boundaries? Looking around they seem pretty vast. I’m going to need some time to figure this out. Thank God we have a limited amount. What’s that, you think there’s not enough? That would seem the case. Always hurrying around, never quite enough. Now just imagine for a moment, you have unlimited time. Sounds great right? Definitely not. Just look at humanities ability to procrastinate. Unlimited time, unlimited, I’ll do it tomorrow.
We are, for the most part, given enough time to have a go of it. First we fit ourselves into the hand we’re delt. Then we spend our younger life learning how to play. If we are fortunate, we figure out the deck is stacked against us. If not, we will spend our last breath, playing a losing hand. Harsh words. I mean, of course it’s not all bad. It can very greatly. What if the idea wasn’t to win the hand we are delt, but rather, be delt a new one? Instead of grinding out a pair of fours, call for a redeal. Easy to say, not so easy to do.
What makes it so difficult is, you have to be willing to give up the hand your delt, and everything that goes with it. Better the hand I know than the one I don’t. A few of us just have this, set in stone, rise to the top with ease. Is this really better though? No, not in a life where the real currency is appreciation. Every one of us wants an easy go of it. A way to fly without earning our wings. Lucky for us that’s not how it works. I’m not sure if anyone else has had a taste of being unlimited. Well, let me tell you, there can be no worse hell than that. Unlimited in potential, yes, but unlimited in unearned ability, just shoot me, because it’s meaningless. Everyone thinks easy is better. Difficult, reels in the catch of the day. No sweeter victory than a hard fought battle.
So what’s the deal? Well, the deal is, we are given a bad hand for a reason. It’s an opportunity to break free. It’s not an easy life when your holding a pair of fours, but at least your still at the table. And while you are, you have the potential to discover a hand that can’t be beat. Enough of the metaphors. We’re all given this opportunity to realize the true wealth that we are. For those that have interest, it truly is there within you to discover. A light so pure and bright, words pose no threat to describe it. And that it, is you. But if you don’t know, it takes courage. It takes a willingness to let go. It’s in this dark night, the light shines so bright.
Imagine if you will. Infinite beings wanting to know there value. How is that possible? Only one way. You must believe you are not. To the point where death is real and comfort and safety are king. Thrown to the wolves, let’s see who’s brave enough to stare one down. Who will fall in line and who will fight for freedom? This is a dramatic display to prove a point. You have one go at this. Why not give it your best shot? The bad hand you’ve been delt is held by a child. The hand isn’t real, but you think it is. Know that what you see in the mirror and how you feel within, is tipping your hand. The Truth is your worthiness is beyond this worlds ability to reflect. But you won’t know if you don’t open the door. Find the kindness in your heart to know you are worthy of any heights the world may offer. Swing for the fence, by giving yourself the MVP. Once you open this door, “You will know the Truth and it will set you free”…
